We have a core group of  experienced international specialists and a network of both international and local consultants with diverse, extensive experience in areas such as working conditions, supply chains, child and forced labour, gender issues, local legislation, resettlement, stakeholder engagement, occupational safety and health, and advanced social research methods.



Our core specialists have extensive experience advising projects funded or implemented by the World Bank, IFC, EBRD, ADB, EIB, AIIB, UNICEF, ILO, WFP,  Red Cross, Climate Investment Funds, and other leading financial institutions and development organizations.



Our team includes fluent speakers of English, Uzbek, Tajik, Kazakh, Turkish, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian.
