What We Do
We are an international consulting firm specializing in social sustainability advisory services with a focus on labour. We support clients across industries in advancing their social and labour performance, guided by international standards and grounded in local realities.
Since 2021 we have completed more than 80 consulting assignments—including 60 labour audits and assessments across diverse sectors, including renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS, and green hydrogen), transportation (airports, subways, and road construction), and public services.
Our projects are supported by two offices: one in Herceg Novi, Montenegro, and one in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
